Conditions of employment in the Czech Republic are different from those in Israel. The workers are entitled to many benefits and the employer should know about them in advance; such as for instance: food vouchers, holidays, sick leave, maternity leave, etc.

Ignorance of the law does not exempt from punishment and therefore an employer who does not know the workers' rights, is liable to be sued by them. It is also important to take these expenses into account from the start when investigating the economic feasibility, before employing workers, and in particular in order to choose the employment track in the best and most suitable manner.
